Sam’s Clubs in Wichita, Salina and Garden City are teaming up with the Kansas Food Bank this weekend to help stock our shelves.  (July 13, 14 and 15.)

Summer is always a busy time for us.  Right now we are seeing more and more families seeking food assistance via our pantry partners.  This food drive will help us get much needed product out into the hands of people who are experiencing hunger.  Can you imagine not knowing what you would feed your kids for dinner if there was nothing in the cabinets in your kitchen?

Special displays are set up near the check-outs with things we are in need of:  Peanut Butter, Cereal, Tuna, etc.  Their staff has made it easy to quickly find our most needed items.  Once customers have checked out, there are specially marked bins to drop donations in.  Each store hopes to collect ten bins full of product for us.

So take a minute to drop by Sam’s Club this weekend and help us provide meals for our friends and families in need.
