The annual Wichita State baseball Fall World Series will begin on Fri., Oct. 1, at Eck Stadium.  The series will last until Thurs., Oct. 14. 

Admission to each game of the Fall World Series is a can of food for the Kansas Food Bank.

The Shocker roster will be divided into two teams, the Black and the Gold.  One will be coached by 19th-year assistant coach Jim Thomas and the other by first-year volunteer assistant Jeff Christy.  The rosters will be announced at a later date.
