Every summer, during about a two week lull between the end of summer feeding programs and the beginning of school, Kansas kids who rely on the breakfasts and lunches provided by these programs are left without. Filling the Gap is a two week distribution that helps provide hungry kids with easy to open and easy to eat meals each week!
This year’s Filling the Gap distributions will be held at five sites across the Wichita metro on Monday, July 29th and Monday, August 5th from 12-1 PM. The distribution is open to any child 18 & under, and no pre-registration is necessary. All children must be present to receive food assistance. See the flyer below to find a site near you!
