Giving Tuesday is here, which kicks off our annual Food 4 Kids matching opportunity to help make an even greater impact for Kansas kids, thanks to Cargill.

Now through the end of 2025, Cargill will be matching all gifts made to the Food 4 Kids program, up to $100,000. With 6,981 children served weekly across 347 Kansas schools right now, we need your help more than ever to ensure that we can continue to provide nourishing packets of food for Kansas kids, helping struggling families like Kyler’s story below.

Kyler is a loving father who enjoys playing outside with his daughters — Bella, 6, and Angel, 3.
Recently he’s been teaching Bella how to ride a bike without
training wheels.
Angel attends preschool now, which she’s happy about because she was getting jealous that her big sister got to go to school every day. This also
allows Kyler to get more hours at work.
But despite the additional hours, Kyler has had a hard time keeping enough healthy food on the table, especially with the cost of groceries being so high.
Thankfully, the school social worker introduced Kyler to the Food 4 Kids program. Now Bella and Angel each receive a packet of healthy food on Fridays to support playing, learning and growing until they go back to school and preschool on Monday morning.
“It’s been great because at school, [the girls] get fed,” Kyler says. “So, when they’re at home on the weekend, it’s nice to have a little cereal or a can of something to heat up.”
Please consider joining us this holiday season, and make double the impact when you give. Thank you for helping us feed Kansas kids!
