ICT Restaurant Week 2024 – Kansas Food Bank

ICT Restaurant Week is a one-week long celebration of dining in support of the Kansas Food Bank during Hunger Action Month. Each participating restaurant designates one of the below options as a way to feature their business and raise much-needed funds for the Kansas Food Bank:

Restaurant invites guests to round up bill for the Kansas Food Bank, and the restaurant matches those funds up to amount predetermined by the restaurant.
Restaurant invites guests to add $1, $3, or $5 to their total and the restaurant agrees to provide the customer with a coupon or voucher for goods in exchange for donation.
Restaurant sets the straight percentage of all sales throughout the week to contribute to the Kansas Food Bank.
Restaurants create a specialty dish or item that will automatically trigger a donation of your choosing to the Kansas Food Bank.

ICT Restaurant Week Mission

ICT Restaurant Week benefits the Kansas Food Bank and its vision of a Kansas where no one goes hungry.

Hunger knows no boundaries or demographics and can happen to anyone. With 1 in 10 Kansans experiencing food insecurity, there are an estimated 57,000 food insecure Kansans in Sedgwick County alone. The majority of people served by the Kansas Food Bank are chronically hungry children, seniors living on limited incomes and hardworking families struggling to make ends meet.

By participating in ICT Restaurant Week YOU are making a difference in the fight against hunger. For every one dollar donated to the Kansas Food Bank, 96 cents goes directly toward programming, food purchases and providing food assistance.
