Wichita, KS: This summer, Dillons and KAKE News have joined forces with the Kansas Food Bank with one common goal: One Million Meals for Kansas Families
The new initiative, called “Summer of a Million Meals”, is designed to raise awareness and encourage donations during the summer months, when many children lose access to school meal programs.
Beginning in June and continuing through August, shoppers at 28 Dillons locations across our service area will have the opportunity to support the campaign by rounding up their grocery purchase at checkout, or donating featured food items in designated collection bins located near store exits.
